China are home to the original oolong tea gardens. The teas produced along the area's rocky cliffs and deep river gorges have captured the imagination of the world's tea connoisseurs since the 1600s. History indicates that the first Chinese teas imported to Europe were most likely oolong teas from the Fujian mountains. We recommend a steeping time 1 to 3 minutes with 90°C/194°F water.  Shui-Hsien Tea may be infused 3 or more times. After the first infusion, you may wish to increase both steeping time and/or water temperature.
