Oolang Tea (Ti Kuan Yin Tea)
It is only for 20 tea bags. Our regular price is US$ 12.50. Ti Kwan Yin - A premium oolong from Fujian Province of China. Stout, crinkly leaves that unfurl in boiling water to give a green-brown liquor with a gentle aromatic flavor. Drink alone without milk or sugar. Our Superior Ti kwan Yin is produced at high elevations in the original Ti kwan Yin gardens of Anxi county, Fujian province, China. Its deep flavor makes a delicious floral presentation in the Gaiwan and is particularly superb when steeped in a clay pot, gongfu style. We recommend a steeping time 1 to 3 minutes with 90°C/194°F water. Superior Ti Kwan Yin may be infused 3 or more times. After the first infusion, you may wish to increase both steeping time and/or water temperature.
